The area is surrounded by various restaurants. also, the staff is exceptionally helpful and pleasant which added to my trip's enjoyment!
Though breakfast was good, it wasn't included in my rate as originally stated, leaving me underwhelmed.

horribly small pool, convenient pedestrian walkway, close vicinity to Sierra Madre restaurant
This place really needs to communicate ongoing renovations better!!! The lack of microwaves and refrigerators in rooms is absurd, especially in this heat.

The location across from a major mall is a huge plus, along with the friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious and comfortable, featuring blackout blinds, but noise from the traffic below could be a distraction. Also, while breakfast was included, the variety was limited and could improve.

Target audience suitable
I had a quiet night. The breakfast was decent, nothing spicy unless you wanted it to be. It was nice to start my day with some chilaquiles and hot coffee. Plus, the hotel connects to a nearby mall which made things super convenient.
It wasn’t exactly affordable, but still acceptable.

The room was clean and really spacious. The view of the mountains was awesome. The beds were super comfy, and I appreciated the fast internet. But I did find the bed sheets a bit hard for my liking. The bathroom was modern and well-kept too, which was a nice touch. Overall, it was a good experience, just wish the sheets were softer!
